  • Update partnership trackers and flag timeline risks proactively.
  • Prepare clear, concise status summaries for leadership on all active projects.
  • Follow up on slow-moving asset exchanges to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years in a commercially-facing role.
  • Genuine satisfaction from bringing order to complexity, tracking, coordinating, and following through.
  • Self-directed and proactive, spotting gaps, asking the right questions, and taking initiative.
  • Clear communication adaptable to different audiences (creative partners, ops teams, leadership).
  • Commercial thinking, understanding how partnerships create value for both sides.
  • Ability to assess brand and product quality alignment with Bellroy's standards.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and seeing null processes as opportunities.
  • Collaborative work style that builds trust quickly, with no credit-hoarding or territorial behavior.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
