Chime is looking for a Partnership Specialist to lead projects that introduce Bellroy to new audiences and grow our customer base globally. In this role, you will refine and shape the company's emerging approach to partnerships from the ground up, focusing on relationships that embody our values and deliver long-term results.
What You'll Do
- Draft business cases for new partnership opportunities, working with financial analysts to size commercial potential.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings between design, product, and partner brands to align on co-branded project timelines.
- Research new verticals and bring prospective partners to management with clear rationale.
- Manage legal agreement approvals, keeping both sides moving toward sign-off.
- Update partnership trackers and flag timeline risks proactively.
- Prepare clear, concise status summaries for leadership on all active projects.
- Follow up on slow-moving asset exchanges to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5 years in a commercially-facing role.
- Genuine satisfaction from bringing order to complexity, tracking, coordinating, and following through.
- Self-directed and proactive, spotting gaps, asking the right questions, and taking initiative.
- Clear communication adaptable to different audiences (creative partners, ops teams, leadership).
- Commercial thinking, understanding how partnerships create value for both sides.
- Ability to assess brand and product quality alignment with Bellroy's standards.
- Comfort with ambiguity and seeing null processes as opportunities.
- Collaborative work style that builds trust quickly, with no credit-hoarding or territorial behavior.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
Nice to Have
- Experience in brand partnerships, business development, or marketing partnerships.
- Direct partnership experience.
- Experience with project management and CRM tools such as Asana, Copper or similar.

You will be a key member of the Wholesale Team and report to a U.S.-based manager.

- Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD
