Human Intelligence is hiring a Partnership Relations / Account Manager to own the post-sale lifecycle for our strategic partners. You will be the expert responsible for onboarding, delivering on KPIs, managing renewals and expansions, and ensuring partner success. This contractor role uses AI-assisted documentation and contract management to align internal teams and focus on retention.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners; manage onboarding, delivery milestones, and ongoing KPI tracking.
- Draft and manage MOUs, NDAs, SOWs, and renewal cadences using AI assistance; maintain an audit-ready contract register.
- Collaborate with Finance on billing and collections and with Product and Execution on delivery, escalating risks proactively.
- Run quarterly business reviews, executive check-ins, and partner enablement or training sessions as needed.
- Surface upsell and expansion opportunities and support pricing proposals and negotiations.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or partnerships with demonstrable retention and renewal outcomes.
- Strong commercial instincts and experience with renewals, billing coordination, and collections workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, documentation skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and contract registers.
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, digital health, or enterprise partnerships.
- Familiarity with NRR/NRR forecasting and partner enablement programs.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: USD $750 - $1000 per month.
- Annual bonus for KPI over-performance.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote, contractor position. We have a preference for candidates based in the Philippines, South East Asia, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, or Bulgaria.
