About the Role
The ideal candidate will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with schools, districts, and educational partners to scale impact and improve student outcomes through collaborative programs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential school and district partners
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with education stakeholders
- Negotiate partnership agreements aligned with organizational goals
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner institutions
- Monitor partner performance and ensure program fidelity
- Gather and analyze data to assess partnership effectiveness
- Coordinate onboarding for new partner organizations
- Develop resources and support materials for partners
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and partners
- Represent the organization at education events and conferences
- Collaborate with product and curriculum teams to align offerings with partner needs
- Lead partner feedback sessions to inform program improvements
- Track partnership metrics and report on key outcomes
- Resolve conflicts or challenges arising in partner relationships
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Support fundraising initiatives through partner engagement
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization
- Stay informed about trends in K–12 education and policy
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and student protection standards
- Contribute to strategic planning for partnership growth
