Responsibilities
- Independently source, research, and build a targeted list of potential partners within the education ecosystem.
- Conduct structured outreach to educational counselors, schools, colleges, research clubs, media companies, and other relevant institutions.
- Identify, pitch, and secure new partnership opportunities to drive regional growth.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and engagement.
- Manage and track partnership pipelines, activities, and performance using internal systems or CRM tools.
- Continuously refine outreach strategies and partnership approaches to improve conversion and expansion.
Requirements
- Experience in the education industry, preferably working with educational counselors or academic institutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account/Relationship Junior/Specialist in an international work environment, with English used as the primary language of communication.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to independently source leads and build partnership pipelines from the ground up.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to conduct outreach and close partnership deals.
- Self-starter with high ownership, strong initiative, and comfort working in a remote environment.
