The Founding Mid Market Account Executive will lead sales efforts targeting midmarket organizations with fewer than 1,000 employees, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close. This role is ideal for a driven tech sales professional with experience engaging C-level executives and a passion for building data-driven, scalable compensation systems.
Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly sales quotas focused on midmarket companies (under 1,000 employees)
- Identify and engage potential customers using LinkedIn, Apollo, job boards, HR communities, and other sourcing tools
- Support and contribute to marketing initiatives, particularly on LinkedIn
- Conduct cold outreach via phone to generate new sales opportunities
- Evaluate prospects to determine fit and assess potential value delivery
- Manage an efficient, end-to-end sales process from first contact to closed deal
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to inform and improve sales strategy
Requirements

Compensation
OTE = $200,000-$230,000 USD (50/50 split)
