This role involves securing sales of payment technology solutions with merchants in Napa, Santa Rosa, and nearby areas. It is an outside-facing position requiring frequent in-person meetings with prospects and clients, supported by structured onboarding and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Close sales of business solutions with merchants across the assigned region
- Collaborate with the local District Manager to schedule meetings with business owners
- Develop and manage referral relationships to generate new leads
- Conduct scheduled appointments to identify client needs and objectives
- Deliver presentations on point-of-sale solutions tailored to small and mid-sized businesses
- Accompany the District Manager on initial client visits during the training phase
- Utilize CRM systems including Atlas and Salesforce for lead management, sales demos, real-time financial assessments, and digital contract execution
- Actively seek out and engage new potential clients
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of current and prospective clients in the Atlas CRM system
- Log call summaries, upcoming client engagements, contact details, and other pertinent client data
- Meet minimum performance standards, including securing initial appointments to fulfill quota requirements
- Continuously expand understanding of the company’s product and service offerings
- Stay informed about trends and advancements in financial technology
- Attend weekly team meetings to review progress and strategy
- Participate in weekly one-on-one sessions with leadership
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license necessary due to frequent travel to client locations
- Must reside in proximity to the job location
- Minimum of one year of experience in outside sales, either B2B or B2C
- Ability to spend a minimum of 75% of work time in the field

Compensation
Base salary of $50,000 per year. Residual income from client accounts. Monthly and quarterly bonuses for exceeding targets. Annual On-Target Earnings range between $90,000 and $152,000 based on performance, skills, and territory.
Work Arrangement
Local position based in Napa, CA, with regular travel to Santa Rosa, CA, and surrounding communities. Requires at least 75% field time.
