Yondr is looking for a Partner Success Manager to drive partner outcomes through the implementation and lifecycle management of phone-free environments in schools. You will ensure the success of our programs by managing projects, training staff, and fostering strong relationships with schools in the Texas region.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand partner goals and lead the initial kick-off meeting.
- Expand the school-based team, establish goals, and create customized implementation plans.
- Project manage all aspects of the implementation plan with regular virtual and onsite check-ins.
- Deliver engaging training for school leaders and staff to ensure a successful program launch.
- Leverage a contractor pool to delegate tasks like staff training to expand capacity.
- Problem-solve through implementation barriers and ensure readiness for launch.
- Monitor implementation fidelity in the first few months and coach leaders to make corrections.
- Serve as the key point of contact for all assigned partners.
- Use customer relationship management tools to drive implementation forward and mitigate renewal risk.
- Collect data to provide mid-year and year-end reviews of goal attainment.
- Engage leaders in future planning to drive program renewal and identify upsell opportunities.
- Manage your portfolio by prioritizing customer needs and strategic business growth.
- Manage the renewal process to achieve target renewal rates.
- Uncover upsell opportunities and work with Account Executives to close renewals with upsell attached.
- Maintain impeccable records of partner interactions and health in internal systems.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, education, or a related field.
- Must live in Texas (central to south region).
Nice to Have
- Background or experience in education, specifically with grades 6-12.
- Familiarity with current educational practices for implementing school programming.
