About the Role

The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of candidate acquisition, from sourcing to offer negotiation, with a focus on engineering and technical teams. This role requires collaboration across departments and a data-driven approach to improve hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical positions
  • Develop sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates
  • Build pipelines for engineering and product roles
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings
  • Coordinate and schedule interview loops
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Improve candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics
  • Engage passive candidates through outreach campaigns
  • Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
  • Ensure alignment between team needs and candidate profiles
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the decision process
  • Support onboarding for newly hired team members
  • Identify opportunities to streamline hiring workflows
  • Use data to assess effectiveness of sourcing channels
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners
  • Stay current on hiring trends and best practices
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in hiring strategies
  • Conduct reference checks for final candidates
  • Provide feedback to candidates post-interview
  • Scale hiring efforts in line with company growth
  • Support cross-functional hiring needs when required
