SentiLink is looking for a Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team and help scale the company by hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to drive end-to-end recruiting efforts across a variety of functions, including engineering, data science, product, and other high-impact roles.
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers across functions to define hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and build efficient recruiting strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a range of roles including technical (engineering, data science, product) and non-technical teams.
- Source and engage diverse, high-caliber candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and your personal network.
- Conduct behavioral interviews and support technical interviews to assess both functional fit and alignment with startup culture.
- Ensure a thoughtful, well-communicated candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance.
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams on interview best practices, tools, and process improvements.
- Contribute to the growth and evolution of SentiLink’s recruiting programs, tools, and employer brand.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or tech environment.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, data science, and product.
- Comfort using an ATS and sourcing tools—ideally Ashby, Gem, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and market context.
- Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and a passion for building values-aligned teams.
- Willingness to travel ~6 times per year for company meetups, off-sites, and relevant events.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and reside within the country.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $130,000/annually - $160,000/annually + equity.
