Resilience Care is looking for a Junior Clinical Operations Manager to join a dynamic team executing high-visibility, patient-centered clinical research. You will consolidate on-the-ground expertise while stepping into broader coordination missions across multiple therapeutic areas.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate day-to-day operational and logistical activities of clinical studies.
- Act as the main point of contact for investigator sites, overseeing research nurses, CRCs, and study-related costs.
- Support planning and follow-up of site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Actively contribute to study meetings and track key performance indicators.
- Assist with regulatory submissions to ethics committees and ANSM.
- Monitor contractual workflows for single-site agreements, amendments, and budget annexes.
- Liaise with legal, clinical, and institutional stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Support the development of tools, trackers, SOPs, and internal templates.
- Maintain regulatory documentation (ISF, eTMF) and ensure audit-readiness.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with GCP, Jardé Law, ICH guidelines, and GDPR.
- Work closely with Medical, Life Sciences, Data, and Product teams.
- Contribute to the onboarding and training of field stakeholders like nurses and CRCs.
- Participate in internal alignment meetings and external study governance committees.
- Take part in clinical operations initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in life sciences, pharmacy, clinical research, or biomedical engineering.
- 4+ years of experience in clinical research as a CRA, site manager, or in junior project management.
- Professional fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
