About the Role

Talentful is looking for a Senior RecOps Manager for a 4-month W2 contract to serve as an embedded partner within a SaaS client's team. You will be a trusted expert, elevating hiring operations by driving process excellence, optimizing technology and AI-enabled workflows, and building scalable programs to enhance recruiter capability, hiring manager effectiveness, and quality of hire.

What You'll Do

  • Revamp internal TA resources and enablement by cleaning up, reorganizing, and maintaining playbooks, templates, and guides; create a centralized enablement hub for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Develop and roll out an AI Proficiency Evaluation Plan to ensure TA team members effectively leverage AI tools.
  • Monitor, track, and enhance AI adoption to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and ROI across sourcing, screening, and scheduling processes.
  • Build and deliver a hiring manager interviewing program, including training and toolkits, to improve consistency, reduce bias, and enhance candidate evaluation quality.
  • Launch a Quality of Hire framework by defining metrics, implementing tracking, and reporting on hiring outcomes.
  • Evaluate and improve assessment tools, such as CodeSignal, and explore alternatives to ensure role alignment, fairness, and a strong candidate experience.
  • Audit and optimize TA processes to improve recruiter productivity, reduce time-to-fill, and standardize best practices.
  • Oversee ATS configuration, recruitment tech integrations, and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, provide actionable hiring insights, and inform leadership decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in a recruitment operations role within an in-house setting.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships in short time frames.
  • A process-driven mindset with the ability to streamline, standardize, and scale recruitment operations.
  • Comfort with recruitment technology stacks, AI tools, and data-driven hiring workflows, plus the curiosity to explore emerging solutions.
  • Skill in interpreting data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable improvements.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS industry environment and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
