Abridge is hiring a Partner Success Director - Midwest

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain strong executive, operational, and technical relationships across health system partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring consistent, prompt, and dependable communication.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to health system executives, delivering actionable insights and proven approaches.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of partner data—including usage, adoption, and growth potential—to identify trends and create data-driven narratives.
  • Lead regular executive business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate product performance and explore expansion paths.
  • Work closely with sales teams to uncover and advance growth opportunities, defining objectives, milestones, and action plans.
  • Monitor and report on partner expansion metrics, directly contributing to revenue growth and retention goals.
  • Establish trusted relationships with clinicians and healthcare professionals within key accounts.
  • Provide strategic guidance that aligns product capabilities with clinical workflows, efficiency, and patient care outcomes.
  • Deliver product training and onboarding support tailored to clinician needs.
  • Proactively identify clinician concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Track clinician satisfaction and adoption metrics to detect early signs of engagement or challenges, enabling targeted support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to drive partner growth and eliminate adoption obstacles.
  • Represent the customer voice internally by sharing feedback, insights, and success stories across the organization.
  • Help develop partner success resources such as case studies, best practices, and engagement tools.
