Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or a similar customer facing technical role within SaaS or security
- Experience supporting technical partnerships, partner ecosystems, or complex customer facing technical motions
- Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical, and easy to understand way
- Experience delivering demos, presentations, trainings, or enablement for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build strong, credible relationships with external partners and internal cross functional stakeholders
- Strong technical foundation, including familiarity with software development, web technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or adjacent technical concepts
- Experience working cross functionally with product and engineering teams to influence requirements and drive outcomes
- Sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple partnership initiatives at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
