Responsibilities
- Own technical relationships with GSIs and strategic partners
- Enable partners on DevRev architecture (AI-native, knowledge graph, agentic workflows)
- Enable partners on differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI stack
- Design and deliver partner workshops
- Design and deliver technical bootcamps
- Design and deliver solution playbooks
- Lead deep-dive discussions on knowledge graph (“Memory”) architecture
- Lead deep-dive discussions on AI agents and enterprise workflows
- Lead deep-dive discussions on data ingestion (AirSync vs traditional ETL)
- Clearly articulate differentiation vs enterprise search tools like Glean
- Clearly articulate differentiation vs Microsoft AI stack / Copilots / AI Foundry
- Clearly articulate differentiation vs Google Gemini Enterprise
- Clearly articulate differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI bolt-ons (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Partner with GSIs in opportunity shaping
- Partner with GSIs in use-case discovery
- Partner with GSIs in solution architecture
- Support executive briefings (VP, CXO level)
- Support POVs / POCs
- Support high-stakes demos
- Identify high-value use cases across industries: BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, Travel, etc.
- Translate business problems into AI-driven workflows
- Translate business problems into agent-based solutions
- Package repeatable partner-ready solutions
- Engage with senior stakeholders: CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, Product Leaders
- Drive conversations around AI transformation
- Drive conversations around operational efficiency
- Drive conversations around unified data + experience platforms
- Represent DevRev in partner events
- Represent DevRev in executive forums
- Represent DevRev in strategic workshops
