Omnissa, LLC is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to own and grow our channel business. You will lead the channel across 7-10 sales teams in your assigned territory, building and managing key relationships with major resellers and solution providers. Your core mission is to meet and exceed the assigned regional quota through strategic partner planning, enablement, and sales acceleration.
What You'll Do
- Work with partners to drive partner-initiated pipeline growth for Omnissa products.
- Develop key focus partners in the region to maximize revenue potential.
- Conduct business planning and marketing activities to drive partner-initiated business.
- Drive account mappings and field sales engagement to build joint selling opportunities.
- Deliver enablement sessions to train partner field sales and SE staff.
- Leverage existing strong relationships with key partner decision makers to drive mindshare.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers and sales leadership to grow revenue through National and Regional resellers.
- Develop and implement a regional business plan with input from Regional Sales Managers.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of key competitors and articulate Omnissa’s advantageous position.
- Manage Deal Registration, Non-Standard Pricing, Spiff Payments, and the sales process.
- Exceed territory quota.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience working with resellers as a Channel Account Manager.
- Hunter mentality with ability to engage partner executives and demonstrate Omnissa’s value.
- Executive-level relationships with key partners in the region.
- Understanding of the reseller business model and how Omnissa fits within it.
- Team player who can work well with all functional groups within Omnissa.
- A track record of success and over-achievement in previous positions.
- Expert proficiency in Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel 50%+ of the time.
- Must be located in one of the following: Southern California, Northern California, Phoenix, Boston, New York, Austin, or Chicago.
