About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing a critical channel partnership, driving sales execution, and ensuring alignment between internal teams and the partner to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute joint business plans with a national technology distributor
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through the partner channel
- Collaborate with partner sales teams to position solutions effectively
- Drive pipeline growth and forecast accuracy within the partner ecosystem
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned partner organization
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support partner initiatives
- Monitor partner performance against sales targets and KPIs
- Facilitate training and enablement for partner sales and technical staff
- Manage partner onboarding and certification processes
- Track and report on sales metrics and market trends
- Advocate for partner needs within the organization
- Support marketing campaigns tailored to the partner's customer base
- Ensure compliance with partner program requirements
- Negotiate partner agreements and incentive structures
- Identify expansion opportunities in new verticals or geographies
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all partner-related activities
- Lead regular business review meetings with partner leadership
- Address conflicts or misalignments between internal teams and the partner
- Promote solution adoption through co-selling and joint customer engagements
- Stay current on competitive offerings and industry developments
