About the Role

Lead the development and execution of partner strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage partner relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
  • Manage the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships.
  • Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage partner contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and support the company's products.
  • Develop and deliver partner training programs and materials.
  • Manage partner marketing development funds (MDF) and other incentives to drive partner engagement and performance.
  • Conduct regular partner satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to draft and negotiate partner agreements and contracts.
  • Manage partner risk and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to drive partner sales and revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular partner business reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partner performance and market trends.
  • Collaborate with the product team to gather partner feedback and inform product roadmaps.
  • Manage partner events and activities to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement partner co-marketing programs to drive demand generation and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular partner training sessions to ensure partners are up-to-date on the latest products and solutions.
  • Manage partner recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition into the partner ecosystem.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partner performance and market trends.
