About the Role
Lead the development and execution of partner strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow and manage partner relationships.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
- Manage the partner lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing support and renewal.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute joint marketing and sales plans.
- Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and build relationships.
- Monitor and report on partner performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage partner contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and support the company's products.
- Develop and deliver partner training programs and materials.
- Manage partner marketing development funds (MDF) and other incentives to drive partner engagement and performance.
- Conduct regular partner satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the legal team to draft and negotiate partner agreements and contracts.
