Shape the future of Loop's partner ecosystem in Australia and beyond. As the first Partner Manager in the country, you'll play a central role in expanding Loop's presence across the APAC region by forging strategic alliances with logistics providers, technology platforms, and digital agencies.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage long-term partnerships with 3PLs, carriers, WMS and ERP providers, Shopify agencies, and tech platforms to generate qualified opportunities and grow the sales pipeline.
- Own the lifecycle of partner-driven deals, collaborating with sales and go-to-market leaders to guide complex sales processes to close.
- Design and implement joint business plans that align Loop’s objectives with those of our partners, ensuring mutual growth and measurable outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success teams to build repeatable, scalable market entry strategies tailored to the region.
- Identify co-marketing opportunities—such as campaigns, case studies, and events—to strengthen Loop’s visibility and credibility within key industry ecosystems.
- Provide strategic input to the Product team by surfacing regional needs and high-impact integration opportunities.
- Establish a clear, actionable vision for how Loop can achieve its growth goals with each major partner, and lead the execution of those plans.
- Support negotiation and renewal of commercial agreements, balancing value creation with business sustainability.
- Represent Loop in person through regular travel across Australia to engage partners and deepen relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Deep familiarity with the Australian e-commerce landscape, including logistics infrastructure, tech platforms, and agency networks—along with an established network of contacts.
- Minimum of four years in partnership, channel sales, or ecosystem development roles with a proven ability to meet revenue goals, manage pipelines, and launch market strategies.
- Self-driven and adaptable, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while collaborating effectively with global teams.
- Strong understanding of how e-commerce businesses scale, including current and emerging trends in technology and operations.
- Strategic foresight—you anticipate shifts in relationships and decision-making and adjust your approach accordingly.
- Exceptional communication and listening skills, with experience resolving complex stakeholder dynamics and building alignment across teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to meet partners in person.
