Responsibilities
- Identify and rank potential partners, including consultants, technology firms, and system integrators
- Analyze market landscapes, partner ecosystems, and competitive alliance strategies
- Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective partner organizations
- Initiate contact and conduct preliminary discussions to assess partner fit
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements
- Collaboratively define shared value propositions and business justifications
- Coordinate on joint go-to-market approaches and execution plans
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and executive teams to complete contractual agreements
- Manage onboarding of new partners, including training and certification
- Jointly create marketing and sales initiatives with partners
- Generate and expand sales pipeline and revenue through partner channels
- Track partner performance using KPIs, revenue goals, and engagement metrics
- Nurture long-term partner relationships and serve as primary liaison
