Tidio is hiring a Partner Enablement Manager (Content)

Tidio is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager (Content). This is a hands-on role where you'll turn our product into clear, useful content for our partners. You'll sit at the intersection of partner education, video production, and advertising, owning fast ideation, testing, and execution across different channels, formats, and markets.

What You'll Do

• Create partner and customer enablement content, including guides, playbooks, comparison sheets, a partner certification program, and a product onboarding academy.
• Revamp the existing Tidio Academy and build a dedicated Partner Course.
• Contribute to and help structure onboarding, academy, and certification programs.
• Ideate, script, and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guides.
• Adapt advertising concepts across channels like Meta and TikTok and adapt them for different markets and languages.
• Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage the quality of their output.
• Support webinars and educational video initiatives from start to finish.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in a B2B or SaaS environment with a proven track record of creating sales enablement and educational content.
• Ability to switch context quickly and efficiently between tasks, such as course revamps and webinar support.
• Experience creating UGC ads or paid social video creatives and working with actors or creators in this format.
• Understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising formats and creative best practices.
• Comfortable tracking performance metrics like views, spend, iterations, and learnings.
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach to measuring the results of campaigns and content performance.
