Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinician onboarding and end-user training for all product implementations.
- Deliver monthly training updates synchronized with product release timelines, ensuring materials are finalized by general availability dates.
- Design and evolve onboarding strategies based on clinician roles and customer journey stages.
- Respond to internal training requests and provide timely resources to support-facing teams.
- Collaborate with Partner Experience to build efficient, high-impact training models that reduce partner effort and accelerate clinician proficiency.
- Coordinate with Clinical Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Implementation to ensure seamless release execution.
- Develop and maintain a multi-format training curriculum, including live, virtual, and self-paced learning.
- Keep training content current, clinically accurate, and aligned with product updates and customer workflows.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure training materials reflect the latest product and clinical standards.
- Manage the Learning Management System, including SOPs, learning paths, partner branding, and usage reporting.
- Create customized LMS portals with tailored branding, learning tracks by care setting, and product configurations.
- Build scalable tools and resources to reduce long-term dependency on support teams.
- Partner with Implementation on LMS onboarding and secure engineering support for large-scale SSO setup.
- Measure training success through feedback, engagement data, and adoption metrics, reporting results to leadership.
- Continuously improve the training model to enhance clinician satisfaction and retention as the organization grows.
