NVIDIA is hiring a Partner Business Manager, Distribution

About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Business Manager, Distribution to manage NVIDIA’s distribution partners within the Professional Visualization sector. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding revenue quotas, growing NVIDIA business within assigned distributors, and acting as the primary interface between NVIDIA and its distribution network.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the primary interface between NVIDIA and its distributor partners.
  • Directly lead distributors and handle channel disputes as needed.
  • Ensure distributors meet and exceed their performance goals.
  • Understand distributor business strategies and communicate them to pertinent internal departments.
  • Communicate NVIDIA’s value propositions—corporate, positioning, products, technologies, and capabilities—to distributors and VARs.
  • Manage distributor product focus.
  • Run quarterly and ad-hoc promotional activities at the distributor level.
  • Train distributor salespeople.

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 8 years of related experience in channel account sales management.
  • A BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partner accounts.
  • A track record of strong sales performance in compute and storage products.
  • Strong team-selling skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation and negotiation abilities.

Nice to Have

  • An MBA is a plus.
  • Experience managing distribution channel accounts.
  • Understanding of data science workflows and generative AI’s effect on the Professional Visualization sector channel.
  • A strong curiosity about new technologies and adept at conveying their value to distributor sales, technical, and executive teams.
  • Strong executive presence, polish, and political savvy.
  • A track record of successfully growing revenue for new, innovative technology-based solutions.
  • Specific experience and relationships within key Professional Visualization sector distributors and the ability to grow their revenue.

Team & Environment

This role requires close working relationships with NVIDIA sales engineers, partner business managers, and end user sales leaders.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation range: $200,000 USD - $304,750 USD + eligible equity.
  • Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
