As a Managing Consultant, you will work directly with C-suite leaders and clinical decision-makers to uncover inefficiencies, define strategic priorities, and implement proven transformation frameworks across care delivery systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior healthcare executives to assess operational challenges and identify opportunities for system-wide improvement
- Design and lead short diagnostic initiatives (2–3 weeks) that deliver actionable insights and clear next steps
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for transformation in areas such as care pathway redesign, perioperative efficiency, cath lab performance, and ambulatory care models
- Lead implementation of programs focused on throughput optimization, digital integration, and performance transparency using structured methodologies
- Establish KPIs, governance structures, and performance tracking systems to ensure sustained impact
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth through proactive engagement and proposal development
- Adapt global consulting assets and digital tools to local markets while feeding insights back into the broader knowledge network
- Partner with regional and central experts to scale best practices and strengthen local delivery capability
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting or hospital operations transformation, typically at Engagement Manager, Senior Manager, or equivalent level
- Proven track record leading client engagements independently and delivering measurable results
- Background in a top-tier consulting firm, Big 4 healthcare advisory, or large health system with formal improvement programs
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated analytical depth and practical problem-solving in complex environments
- Comfort operating autonomously in emerging or evolving markets
