Lead the commercial direction for the Americas by overseeing the full lifecycle of opportunities, from initial qualification to post-award oversight. This role is central to shaping how deals are structured, evaluated, and approved, ensuring alignment with financial health, risk standards, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the commercial strategy for high-impact opportunities, guiding decisions on pricing, revenue models, risk, and contract design
- Define and maintain regional commercial policies that support scalable, compliant, and competitive deal execution
- Oversee deal governance processes, ensuring adherence to financial controls, corporate risk frameworks, and operational standards
- Collaborate with Sales, Services, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align commercial approaches with broader business goals
- Advise in high-level customer discussions, strategic planning sessions, and complex negotiations
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of rigor, consistency, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Successful candidates will bring 10 to 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial operations, deal management, or related functions. Expertise in pricing, financial modeling, contract structuring, and risk assessment is essential. A track record of influencing executive stakeholders and operating effectively in fast-moving, complex environments is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field is expected.
Preference will be given to those with an MBA or advanced degree, experience in telecommunications or technology sectors, executive negotiation experience across product and service portfolios, leadership in team development, and collaboration within global, matrixed organizations.

Eligible roles may receive a discretionary bonus or sales commission. Base salary ranges from $140,100–$223,900 in the U.S. and C$110,900–C$177,100 in Canada.
