Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries
  • Facilitate training and enablement sessions for partner teams
  • Track and report on partnership metrics and outcomes
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on joint initiatives
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and renewals
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Resolve conflicts or challenges between partners and internal teams
  • Ensure partners adhere to program requirements and standards
  • Gather market feedback from partners to inform product strategy
  • Support co-marketing campaigns and promotional activities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partner leadership
  • Drive adoption of new tools and technologies among partners
  • Assist in the development of partner-specific sales materials
  • Monitor competitive landscape through partner insights
  • Escalate technical or operational issues to appropriate teams
  • Promote best practices in partner relationship management
  • Align partner goals with company objectives
  • Support quarterly planning and forecasting activities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the partner program
