About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships by supporting onboarding, driving engagement, monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities for joint success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations
- Guide partners through onboarding and integration processes
- Monitor partner performance using defined metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
- Identify opportunities to expand collaboration and joint offerings
- Support resolution of operational or technical issues with partners
- Facilitate regular business reviews with partner contacts
- Ensure partners adhere to agreed-upon service standards
- Track and report on partnership outcomes and revenue impact
- Collaborate with sales teams to align partner activities with business goals
- Provide partners with necessary resources and training materials
- Gather feedback from partners to improve programs and support
- Manage contract renewals and partnership extensions
- Promote product updates and new features to partners
- Assist in developing co-marketing initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and agreements
- Work with legal and compliance teams on partnership documentation
- Stay informed about market trends affecting partner success
- Escalate critical issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
- Support the development of partner enablement tools
