Penn State University is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach for its New Kensington campus. In this role, you will support the Head Coach with the program's day-to-day operations, focusing on coaching, conditioning, and preparing student-athletes for competition while adhering to all league regulations.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Head Coach with day-to-day program operations.
- Coach and condition student-athletes.
- Prepare for practices and games.
- Accompany the team on travel.
- Understand and maintain compliance with USCAA and PSUAC rules and regulations.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated knowledge of volleyball.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team players.
- Valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check.
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties.
- Completion of PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Head Women’s Volleyball Coach, working closely to support the program's objectives.

This is an onsite position located at Penn State New Kensington.
