Remote Recruitment is looking for a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to provide critical administrative support for a UK-based property business. You will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating tasks, and keeping operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Conduct stakeholder outreach on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Take accurate minutes during Monday meetings and share summaries promptly
- Maintain and update task lists to ensure all to-dos are tracked and actioned
- Respond professionally to client WhatsApp messages
- Manage diaries and calendars, including scheduling meetings and reminders
- Liaise with and follow up on solicitors for document progression or updates
- Book appointments with architects and ensure all parties are aligned
- Generate and manage invoices for ongoing projects
- Monitor and track project timelines to ensure deliverables stay on course
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
- Familiarity with the UK property sector is essential
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communication across WhatsApp, email, and social platforms
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop
- Able to start immediately – no notice period
Nice to Have
- Minimum 1 year experience preferred
- Experience with Go High Level CRM is advantageous but not essential
Benefits & Compensation
