About the Role

Remote Recruitment is looking for a Part-Time Partnership Strategist to identify, develop, and nurture partnerships that expand our reach, create new revenue opportunities, and enhance our brand. You will combine market research, outreach, event sourcing, and collaboration with marketing to build mutually beneficial, long-term business relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities in target industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a structured partnerships plan aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct research to identify potential partners and industry influencers.
  • Approach and engage prospective partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Source and arrange speaking engagements, sponsorships, and networking events.
  • Represent the company at virtual and in-person events as required.
  • Coordinate follow-up actions post-event to progress partnership discussions.
  • Maintain accurate records of partnership activities and interactions in the CRM.
  • Monitor partnership performance and impact against agreed objectives.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners.
  • Work with marketing to create partnership-related content and campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities for joint PR, media coverage, and awards submissions.
  • Assist in producing case studies and testimonials showcasing partnership impact.
  • Provide regular reports on partnership activities and performance.
  • Analyze trends and recommend strategies to strengthen partnership outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic relationship management.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and CRM systems for relationship tracking.
  • Skilled in identifying and leveraging networking opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills.
  • Access to a reliable laptop, high-speed internet, and a quiet working environment.
