About the Role

This role focuses on sourcing and engaging potential candidates through digital channels, qualifying their interest, and passing high-potential leads to the recruitment team for further action.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective candidates using online platforms and professional networks
  • Initiate contact with potential leads through email and messaging
  • Qualify interest levels and assess candidate suitability
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and responses
  • Follow up with leads according to established timelines
  • Collaborate with team members to refine targeting strategies

  • Adhere to communication guidelines and tone standards
  • Track conversion rates and report on performance metrics
  • Stay updated on industry trends affecting recruitment
  • Adjust messaging based on feedback and results
  • Manage multiple lead pipelines simultaneously
  • Ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Contribute to the development of outreach templates
  • Support the optimization of lead scoring methods
  • Participate in team check-ins and strategy sessions
  • Escalate qualified prospects to the appropriate team
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
