Sezzle is hiring a Part Time Family Therapist to empower individuals on their journey to recovery from eating disorders. In this remote role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy under supervision, collaborating closely with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based treatment.
What You'll Do
- Co-facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions for clients and their support networks.
- Oversee a caseload, ensuring comprehensive delivery of therapy according to assigned treatment plans.
- Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities in client treatment.
- Provide guidance and coaching during individual client and family meals when clinically indicated.
- Actively contribute to treatment team discussions by sharing assessments, family dynamics, and intervention responses.
- Engage in multidisciplinary case conceptualization and foster team collaboration.
- Perform comprehensive intake evaluations for new clients.
- Assist with milieu management to support the therapeutic environment.
- Communicate effectively with the Utilization Review team to provide clinical data for insurance reviews.
- Generate detailed discharge plans and coordinate transitions to the next level of care.
What We're Looking For
- Current Associate or Independent licensure in Washington state.
- Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field.
- Individual, family, or group psychotherapy experience.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with DBT, CBT, or FBT.
- Eating Disorders treatment experience.

- Compensation: $32.00 - $39.00/hour
