AnswersNow Inc is looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time BCBA to deliver direct virtual ABA therapy through our proprietary platform. This role focuses on providing accessible, effective, and outcome-centered care while working 100% from home.
What You'll Do
- Provide virtual Caregiver Training, Caregiver Mediated, and Direct 1:1 therapy.
- Conduct remote assessments and develop behavior plans.
- Ensure quality care through ongoing documentation.
- Coordinate care and collaborate with the clinical team.
What We're Looking For
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Must have availability Monday-Friday from 3:30pm - 8:30pm ET / 12:30pm - 5:30pm PT.
- Full-time employees: requires 30-40 total hours per week (mornings & evenings).
- Part-time employees: requires up to 20 total hours per week (late afternoon & evenings).
- Digital fluency: video calls, Google suite, data systems, etc.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Must reside in the United States (Does not include Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands).
Team & Environment
Non-Supervisory (RBT-Free Model).
