Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Montana Paramedic licensure
- Paramedic (EMT-P) or Critical Care Paramedic (CCP/FP-C/CCP-C) credential
- Comfortable with autonomous, rural EMS operations
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care orientation
- Professional and reliable — small teams depend on every member showing up
Benefits
