About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review and analyze legal documents related to lien claims
- Communicate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve outstanding balances
- Prepare and submit documentation for lien resolution
- Track case progress and maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Identify discrepancies in claims and initiate corrective actions
- Support attorneys with case preparation and data organization
- Follow up on pending lien negotiations to ensure timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in documentation and communication
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and case information
- Coordinate with internal teams to align on case strategies
- Draft correspondence related to lien settlements
- Verify legal claims for accuracy and completeness
- Assist in the development of standardized processes for lien handling
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Provide updates on case status to supervising legal staff
- Respond to inquiries from external parties regarding lien status
- Organize and manage digital case files
- Use legal databases to retrieve relevant case information
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Adapt workflows based on feedback and process improvements
- Escalate complex cases to senior legal personnel when necessary
- Maintain consistent communication with team leads
- Ensure all actions align with internal legal protocols
