ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Sweden AB is hiring a Paralegal to join the global Branding function. You will be responsible for supporting the global management and protection of the company’s trademarks and designs, ensuring the Group’s IP portfolio is well organized and properly maintained from both a legal and operational perspective.

What You'll Do

Maintain and update IP management systems with accurate trademark and design information.
Monitor disputes, deadlines, and legal matters by organizing files, calendars, and task lists.
Track IP-related costs, manage invoices, and prepare cost reports, presentations, newsletters, and educational content.
Support online brand protection activities, including monitoring misuse and managing take-down processes and digital assets.
Coordinate documentation and communication with internal stakeholders and external agents regarding global trademark and design filings, renewals, and portfolio management.

What We're Looking For

Experience in a legal, IP, or administrative environment.
A relevant degree is required.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately in a structured way.
A good command of English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with global stakeholders.
Experience working with digital tools and systems such as databases, tracking systems, and spreadsheets.

Nice to Have

Experience as a Junior Paralegal or Trademark Administrator.
Familiarity with AI tools.
