Your Impact - Comprehensively research customer requirements to gain profound insights - Actively support your team through direct participation in customer interactions - Analyze territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach strategic deal closure - Proactively engage in territory development and relationship building - Cultivate high-performance sales culture delivering outstanding results - Demonstrate technical portfolio knowledge - Drive collaborative team selling approaches - Hold team accountable while maintaining forward-thinking perspective - Communicate effectively across organizational hierarchies - Influence through sophisticated change management - Develop winning teams through strategic recruitment and training Qualifications Your Experience - Proven leadership in rapidly growing sales environments - C-level relationship expertise, preferably with DAX30 companies - Proficiency in SaaS and cloud architectures, particularly networking/security - Extensive experience with indirect and direct sales strategies - Consistent track record of pipeline management and goal achievement - Highly motivated with execution focus and entrepreneurial mindset - Exceptional influencing and communication capabilities - Strong team collaboration skills - Excellent German and English language proficiency Additional Information Our sales team collaborates globally, protecting digital environments.
