Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and refinement of painting operations, from initial materials to final high-end finishes, maintaining quality and efficient resource use.
- Oversee the integration of new vehicle models and paint materials, translating complex initiatives into defined schedules and financial plans.
- Maintain consistent performance in immersion and painting systems to achieve production output, safety, and cost objectives.
- Advance energy efficiency efforts and promote cost-effective consumption of chemicals and materials throughout the paint facility.
- Serve as the primary liaison with paint vendors to verify raw material quality compliance and manage resolution of quality disputes.
- Supervise process evaluations and color accuracy checks to ensure all vehicles fulfill premium finish criteria.
- Apply deep technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve intricate quality problems, with the authority to halt production when necessary.
- Find opportunities to lower expenses and enhance quality by leveraging past experiences and working with engineering teams.
