Responsibilities
- Evaluate damaged recreational vehicles to determine necessary repair scope.
- Fix exterior body damage using tools like grinders, hammers, and welding equipment.
- Restore or replace compromised components including windows, doors, and trim pieces.
- Prepare and refinish repaired surfaces through sanding, priming, and painting to match original finishes.
- Verify functionality of repaired systems through testing procedures.
- Keep tools and equipment clean and in proper working condition.

Compensation
Paint & Body Technicians earn between $30 and $40 per flat rate hour.
Work Arrangement
On-site at designated locations in Lewisville, Texas, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Nashville, Phoenix, or Washington, D.C.

- Work primarily takes place at the service facility.
- Frequent standing, walking, and bending may be required.
- Occasional lifting or moving of heavy items or equipment is necessary.
- Tasks may involve working in confined areas or at elevated heights.
- Exposure to loud noises, chemical fumes, or paint vapors may occur.
- Shifts may include weekends or holidays as needed.
