What You'll Do
Lead and manage a portfolio of social media advertising accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client relationships. You’ll develop quarterly strategies tailored to each client’s goals, focusing on generating qualified leads and customers through disciplined use of the Customer Generation framework.
Design and refine paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend across campaigns while continuously optimizing for performance. You’ll execute and fine-tune LinkedIn advertising initiatives—from ad copy and targeting to TAM development—with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Maintain strong alignment with vendors and operational partners through regular coordination, ensuring clarity on deliverables, quality standards, and opportunities for improvement. You’ll also verify CRM lead routing accuracy and support seamless internal collaboration to meet both client and agency objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a digital or performance marketing agency, with direct B2B client support
- Proven expertise managing LinkedIn Ads, including familiarity with ad units like conversation ads, document ads, and CTV
- Strong command of platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimizations
- Experience segmenting audiences by job title, tier, or other B2B criteria
- Solid grasp of keyword research, bid management, and ad copywriting principles
- Skill in communicating strategy clearly and telling compelling stories with data
- Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, typically once per year
