Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube from scratch
- Own audience strategy: interest targeting, lookalikes, retargeting, and custom audiences
- Write ad copy and produce creatives (static, carousel, short video) that perform per platform
- Manage budgets and bids; report on cost per acquisition and what's scaling
- Design and run experiments across audiences, creatives, and formats — compound what works
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, the web team, and Demand Gen on campaigns and landing pages
