Phiture is hiring a Paid Social Associate to power high-quality client acquisition for a growing law firm. In this role, you will be responsible for launching, scaling, and optimizing Meta campaigns to generate qualified leads, translating business goals into actionable channel strategies.
What You'll Do
- Translate case-specific goals and CAC/CPL targets into detailed Meta media plans covering audience frameworks, creative testing, flighting, and budgets.
- Build and launch end-to-end campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, configuring Instant Forms, landing-page flows, and airtight UTM taxonomy.
- Implement and QA tracking infrastructure, including Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Aggregated Event Measurement, and offline conversion flows.
- Monitor performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, audiences, and creative based on statistically sound analysis.
- Design and run clean A/B tests using Facebook Experiments, prioritizing tests on offer, creative concept, audience, and format.
- Own channel dashboards and weekly reporting, tracking funnel metrics from click to signed retainer and highlighting actionable insights.
- Maintain standard operating procedures, pre-launch checklists, naming conventions, and documentation for all experiments.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager running performance or lead-generation campaigns with measurable revenue or case impact.
- Proven ability to launch campaigns from scratch, including Business Manager setup, pixel/CAPI implementation, event mapping, and domain verification.
- Data fluency with GA4 basics, disciplined UTM use, spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH), and cohort analysis thinking.
- Copy and creative sense for briefing and iterating ad content that captures attention while meeting legal-industry compliance standards.
- Strong communication and ownership skills to manage deadlines, move multiple launches forward in parallel, and present concise insights.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal, mass tort, consumer protection, or healthcare lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs, Twilio for calls/SMS, and landing-page platforms like Unbounce.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and server-side tagging concepts.
- Light design skills in Canva or Figma for rapid ad iterations.
- Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, X, Google Ads, or Snapchat.

- Base salary range: $70,000 to $85,000
