Drive strategic paid media performance for large-scale clients as a Senior Paid Search Strategist. You'll oversee end-to-end campaign management—from planning and execution to optimization and reporting—across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Performance Max. Your role centers on interpreting performance data to uncover actionable insights, refine targeting, and improve ROI in alignment with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise-level search campaigns with daily oversight, including bid strategies, keyword expansion, and ad copy refinement
- Analyze performance data from sources like Google Analytics and Shopify to identify trends and recommend strategic adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams through regular scrums and contribute to training material development
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Integrate AI tools and proprietary technologies, including nova, to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making
- Support departmental knowledge sharing and participate in skill-building initiatives
Qualifications
You bring 4–5 years of digital marketing experience, with a minimum of four years focused on search engine marketing, preferably in an agency setting. You have hands-on experience managing complex campaigns across multiple channels, including YouTube, Display, Shopping, and Local Ads. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Advertising is required.
