Power Digital was looking for a Paid Media Strategist

Shape the future of digital advertising by managing and refining paid media strategies for a variety of clients. As a Paid Media Strategist, you’ll take ownership of campaign performance from setup through optimization, ensuring each initiative supports broader business objectives. Your work will center on search, display, and video platforms, with a focus on driving efficiency and impact through data analysis and smart automation.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee paid search and performance campaigns across industries, adjusting bids, keywords, and creatives to meet evolving goals
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and other sources to form actionable insights and performance recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal teams during regular check-ins to share knowledge and refine best practices
  • Use AI-powered tools and internal technology platforms to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making
  • Contribute to the creation of training resources that elevate team capabilities
  • Maintain consistent communication with client teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and industry trends to keep strategies current and effective

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, including at least one year in an agency environment
  • Proven hands-on work with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and analytics platforms
  • Solid background in managing campaigns such as Performance Max, YouTube, Display, or Shopping ads
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and how paid media influences each stage
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal communication
  • A self-starter mindset with a drive to learn independently and improve continuously
