What You'll Do
Lead and manage a portfolio of Paid Media accounts for enterprise-level SaaS and technology clients, ensuring campaigns are aligned with business objectives and SQL targets. Develop quarterly strategies that reflect each client’s unique positioning and value proposition, while continuously refining paid media approaches across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Take ownership of campaign execution, from keyword research and audience targeting to ad copywriting and bid optimization, with a focus on maximizing ROI. Maintain accurate lead routing in CRM systems and evaluate the role of programmatic advertising within broader media plans. Communicate weekly with vendors and internal teams to align on deliverables, quality standards, and process improvements.
Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to ensure both client expectations and internal goals are met. Use data storytelling to translate performance insights into strategic recommendations, and proactively identify opportunities for client growth and referrals through strong relationship-building.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years at a performance or digital marketing agency, with direct experience serving B2B SaaS or tech clients
- Proven track record managing paid search and paid social campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Solid grasp of PPC fundamentals including keyword strategy, bid management, and conversion tracking
- Experience analyzing campaign data using Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to inform optimization decisions
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes for mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Comfort with measuring performance through OCT models and translating results into actionable insights
- Curiosity about emerging trends, especially how AI and automation can improve marketing efficiency
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits, approximately once per year per client as needed
