Responsibilities
- Develop and launch paid social campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on real-time data
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce effective ad content
- Analyze key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Optimize targeting, budgets, and bidding strategies for maximum impact
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithm changes and ad policies
- Generate performance reports for stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities for audience expansion and engagement
- Manage A/B testing for ad creatives and audience segments
- Ensure brand consistency across all paid content
- Work closely with analytics teams to define KPIs and track outcomes
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking and pixel implementation
- Stay current with digital advertising trends and emerging platforms
- Support budget planning and forecasting for media spend
- Coordinate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
- Use data to refine audience segmentation and targeting approaches
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies
- Maintain documentation of campaign setups and optimizations
- Respond to performance alerts and platform notifications promptly
- Contribute to process improvements for campaign management workflows
Nice to Have
- Certification in Meta or TikTok advertising platforms
- Experience with programmatic ad buying
