Nationale-Nederlanden is hiring a Paid Media Marketeer to build a robust, future-proof paid media foundation for NN Bank. In this role, you will translate commercial objectives into smart channel choices, scalable campaigns, and continuous optimization, directly impacting ROAS, CPA, and conversion volume.
What You'll Do
- Determine and further develop the paid media strategy and budget allocation across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and DV360.
- Set up and optimize campaign structures, target audiences, and creatives for acquisition and retention.
- Continuously improve performance through bidding strategies, A/B testing, and data-driven optimizations.
- Provide insight into results with clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Document and transfer knowledge through playbooks and practical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10+ years of extensive experience with paid media, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta.
- Proven track record in improving ROAS, CPA, and scalability.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with tracking, attribution, and performance dashboards.
- Comfortable with complex environments, multiple stakeholders, and compliance frameworks.
- Self-sufficient, structured, and focused on sustainable solutions rather than quick wins.
