Power Digital is hiring a Paid Advertising Strategist

As a Paid Advertising Strategist, you will take full ownership of paid media execution across platforms including Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Bing. Your role centers on driving measurable business outcomes by managing campaign performance from start to finish, applying deep knowledge of direct response strategies in e-commerce, lead generation, and B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end campaign builds and optimizations across paid social and search channels with precision and scalability
  • Analyze performance data to guide strategic decisions, delivering actionable insights and forward-looking recommendations
  • Oversee client budgets, advising on adjustments based on performance trends and business goals
  • Produce clear, insightful performance reports and lead internal and client-facing discussions with confidence
  • Collaborate with specialists to fulfill tactical requirements and ensure seamless execution
  • Leverage AI tools and proprietary technology to enhance workflow efficiency and campaign effectiveness
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams, aligning strategy, deliverables, and performance outcomes

Qualifications

You bring 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including agency work and at least two years focused on direct response in e-commerce, lead gen, or B2B. You have hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and SEM platforms, along with proven skills in bid management, keyword strategy, and ad development.

Required competencies include full-funnel marketing knowledge, fluency in Google Analytics, and strong organizational abilities. You are self-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving independently in a fast-moving environment.
