Lago is hiring a proactive and strategic Paid Ads Specialist to develop, maintain, and scale advertising across key platforms. You will be central to optimizing PPC performance, driving targeted traffic, and scaling our paid marketing revenue from ~$20K/month to six figures and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Amazon.
- Drive traffic to core sales channels (Shopify and Amazon) and support brand awareness initiatives.
- Conduct audits of listings, storefronts, and PPC campaigns for both Shopify and Amazon.
- Scale revenue to six figures/month through performance-driven strategies.
- Own the full digital marketing paid channels: strategy, execution, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal creatives to produce high-performing ad assets.
- Understand and optimize the full conversion funnel from ad click to upsell.
- Participate in developing strategies for cross-sells, upsells, and down-sells.
- Maximize key metrics including AOV, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify performance gaps and implement solutions with clear, confident execution.
What We're Looking For
- A strategic thinker with strong initiative who proactively drives projects forward.
- Proven experience using paid media as a growth vehicle, with a track record of scaling revenue from low to high six figures on paid ad platforms, including Amazon.
- Business-minded approach: you understand goals, seek clarity, and build the roadmap to achieve them.
- Skilled at problem-solving and quick to take corrective action.
- Curious, driven, and committed to continuous learning through courses, content, testing, and iteration.
- Familiar with OKRs or similar goal-driven performance frameworks.
- Ability to wear multiple hats and apply well-rounded experience across e-commerce, paid media, and analytics.
- A naturally high performer who elevates everything you work on.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the DIY, crafting, or hobby space.
- Experience working directly with founders or within small teams.
- Understanding of influencer/UGC pipelines and external traffic funnels.
