Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive fulfillment work for tier-3 clients managing ad spend under $5,000
- Handle tactical execution tasks across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google) or SEO/AEO initiatives
- Support multiple low-volume client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a primarily non-client-facing capacity
- Maintain exceptional delivery standards while protecting senior staff bandwidth and resources
Requirements
- Hands-on execution experience with paid advertising platforms, specifically Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Proven experience managing digital advertising accounts with monthly ad spend in the $1,000–$5,000 range
- Strong technical proficiency with Shopify configuration and advertising integrations
- Experience supporting multiple small client accounts simultaneously within a marketing agency environment
- Strong tactical execution skills with the ability to manage detailed campaign elements independently
- Solid understanding of North American luxury lifestyle brand positioning and advertising standards
- Ability to work primarily behind the scenes with limited direct client interaction
- Capacity to take on expanded responsibilities over time based on performance and earned trust
- Proficiency in paid campaign management, and/or SEO and advertising optimization strategies

- Some college-level coursework preferred, ideally in marketing, digital advertising, or a related business discipline
Compensation
$800 - $1000 USD
