Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, hires a Packaging Equipment Engineer for an 18-month fixed-term contract. You will provide expert technical support to packaging operations, ensuring equipment performance and contributing to process improvements. Based in Annecy, you'll be part of a multicultural organization committed to innovation and integrity.
What You'll Do
- Support maintenance and production teams in resolving complex technical problems.
- Conduct technical investigations to identify root causes.
- Guarantee production equipment performance by executing a technical roadmap for improvement.
- Identify potential sources of efficiency gains in collaboration with operators.
- Provide technical packaging equipment expertise for new product implementation projects.
- Participate in daily operational meetings.
- Support colleagues within the department on their activities.
What We're Looking For
- A higher education degree (BAC +5) from a general engineering school with a technical orientation.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment with high operational stakes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, food, cosmetic, or special machine design sectors.
- Experience with robotics, industrial printing (thermal transfer, laser), and/or industrial vision systems.
- Strong listening, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Initiative and autonomy in project management and problem-solving.
- Curiosity and rigor in organization.
- Ability to appreciate a degree of versatility in daily tasks.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the Engineering department, reporting to the Supervisor for Engineering and Automatisme.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Annecy, Haute-Savoie, France.
