What You'll Do
Lead the overall administration and execution of a complex mixed-use development, ensuring all project phases align with defined goals and performance standards. Establish clear objectives and operational policies tailored to the project’s scope and client expectations.
Coordinate the integration of multiple commercial components, ensuring each element supports the owner’s strategic and financial outcomes. Act as the central point of contact between the delivery team and client, maintaining clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and direction to on-site management and supervisory staff. Ensure adherence to project requirements, including compliance with design specifications, budget parameters, and scheduled milestones through consistent oversight and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale, mixed-use developments from concept through completion
- Proven ability to oversee project execution while balancing design integrity, cost control, and timeline adherence
- Strong leadership skills with experience guiding project teams and enforcing policy compliance
- Excellent communication abilities for interfacing effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Background in serving as an owner’s representative or similar capacity focused on project accountability
Work Location
This position is based in Portland, ME. The role requires on-site presence with no remote flexibility.
