Role Overview
This position leads the oversight of a mixed-use development project in Portland, Maine, acting as the Owner’s Representative to ensure all project elements align with strategic, financial, and operational goals. The Project Manager will coordinate across teams, manage project execution, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders and the delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs project administration and supports the development of project-specific goals and policies.
- Coordinates the integration of multiple commercial components to meet the owner’s strategic and financial objectives.
- Provides leadership to on-site management staff, ensuring adherence to company and project standards.
- Serves as the primary contact between the client and the project team, facilitating decision-making and maintaining alignment.
- Monitors construction activities through supervisory staff to confirm compliance with design specifications, budget parameters, and project timelines.
Work Location
This is an on-site role based in Portland, ME. Regular presence at the project location is required to support coordination and oversight activities.
